About Transaction Fees
When processing attendee registrations, two types of fees apply:
- •Earendel Platform Fee: 3% for Starter/Professional plans, 2.5% for Premium (calculated on gross registration amount)
- •Payment Processing Fee: Applied by our third-party payment provider. Processing fees vary by region and payment method.
Both fees are automatically added to the ticket price and paid by attendees during registration.
